Make it easier for customers to find you using their mobile phone

With smart phone ownership on the rise, they're rapidly becoming the first place people go for help finding information that they urgently need while on the move. We've already stressed the need to have a mobile friendly or responsive website for your business, but not all business owners are ready for the related investment required for a website rebuild.

This smart (and currently free!) little webapp created by the clever chaps at Plus Telecom allows your website visitors to request all your contact details and information at the click of a button.

We’ve tried it and we love it.

When you click on the button, you're prompted to enter your mobile number and after a couple of minutes it delivers the information right to your phone, that looks like this:

When you tap on the link under “Map and more”, it takes you to a brand-able webpage via your smartphone/tablet:

Pretty cool huh? We’re definitely loving this App so decided to share it with you guys. Now we really are a button away from our clients and no matter where they are, they can easily access our details!

If you want to be as easily accessible as us, this is what your business needs to get started in 5 easy steps.

Step 1: Go to http://www.sendola.com

Step 2: Once in the website, all you have to do is create your button by clicking on the “Create your button” icon that takes you to the screen below:

Step 3: Insert your company email address and click on the “submit and continue” button. On the next screen, you can type in your details like Company name, address and other details:

Step 4: Once you’ve filled in all the details, you’re taken to the next screen where your button is ready to be added along with the code you need to add to your website. You can copy it from the box or use the one they email you- doesn’t make a difference:

Step 5 (Optional but recommended): If you want to edit it further and add more details; like company logo, social links, opening times, customize how your button looks and much more, you can do so by clicking on “Add more details”.

If your website is hosted on Wordpress, then you even download their Wordpress plugin and follow the installation steps.
