A recent study by LexisNexis has revealed that, with the rise of social networking, people are more likely to share negative feelings than they would even a year ago!

Two-thirds of respondents said that when they had shared bad feedback about a company online, they had not had a response from the company in question.

The consumer is evidently changing and this research highlights why every company should have a social media strategy in place.
