An overview of Twitter and how to use it for business (with case studies), covering how to tweet, retweet, find followers, and follow others. Twitter etiquette, trends and hashtags. We will cover how to promote your business and find and engage with customers and measure the impact. 

Facebook for business

Overview of Facebook and how small to medium businesses are using it to find customers. We will cover the tools Facebook offers for business and how to set them up including groups and fan pages. We will show you how often to access it, how to moderate it, and how to promote it to the Facebook community. We will also cover how to measure ROI for your business and build up clients

LinkedIn for business

Overview of LinkedIn and how to use it as a business tool both for you and your business, covering how to set up a business profile, join groups, run and manage a group and engage in conversations with LinkedIn networks of potential clients, customers and business associates. 

Search engine optimisation (SEO) and Google Analytics

We will provide an overview of SEO and how it can help to boost your site ranking in Google and other search engines. We will cover how to write short, engaging copy for the web and optimise your web content for Google. We will look at SEO tools and techniques, and how to measure your site stats in Google Analytics. (It doesn’t matter if you don’t have Google analytics set up on your website, we can help you do this after the training as a separate service.)
